Our coaches

Jarred is currently a Bain & Company sponsored student at London Business School. He has spent the last 3 years in consulting at Bain's Johannesburg office in South Africa. Prior to joining Bain, Jarred worked in Oil & Gas for several years across Africa, the Middle East and North America. At Bain, Jarred has mentored many potential candidates and run formal case prep workshops for both beginner and advanced audiences.

Stephanie has 4.5 years of consulting experience at BCG and Bain & Company, working as a Consultant based in Johannesburg. Stephanie has served as a coach to numerous applicants to consulting as well as helping new hires adapt to the job, practicing cases and providing guidance on starting a career in consulting. She has also run training workshops to support new consultants in adapting to their roles. Stephanie is now pursuing an MSc in Political Economy at the London School of Economics. 

Burak's consulting experience spans 8+ projects with key clients across industries and capabilities, including due diligence, profit & loss, digital transformation, commercial excellence and more. He has also worked as part of the recruiting team and interviewed several candidates.

He interviewed several MBB candidates both online and face-to-face as a coach achieving top results.  

He has interview experience in several firms; he was interviewed 20+ times by top management consulting companies including Bain, McK, BCG and ATK, P&G, Unilever, Pfizer and more. 

Ross was an Associate Consultant at Bain Chicago for 2+ years before transitioning to work as a Portfolio Operations Consultant for a New York Private Equity firm – eventually bringing his total consulting experience up to 4+ years. Ross was extensively involved with recruiting at Bain, completing over 120+ practice cases and acting as head recruiter for his undergrad. As a coach, he has conducted 400+ mock interviews, working with beginners and veterans alike and receiving consistently excellent feedback. Ross holds a Master’s in Engineering from UPenn and recently returned to complete his MBA at Wharton. He will join Meta in New York as a Data Scientist in Fall 2022.

Pankaj has spent five years at Bain as well as one year at Accenture. His time at Bain was spread across the New York and India offices, focussing on strategy and implementation projects across industries including technology, private equity, industrials as well as consumer goods. Pankaj interviewed dozens of candidates for Bain, for recruits at both associate and consultant levels. He has been conducting case coaching from his days during B-school, where he was a part of the student career forum, acting as an official career coach and mentor for around 30 students and ran more than 200 mock case coaching sessions, helping them secure offers from MBB, Accenture, Deloitte, Kearney and Booz.

Eleanore has spent three years at Bain Chicago, where she worked on both strategy and operational projects across 5+ industries and led Associate Consultant recruitment at the University of Michigan -  coaching many prospective students throughout the interview process. She is currently on LOA pursuing her MBA at INSEAD, where she has coached many of her colleagues (50+) to help land offers with top-tier firms. Eleanore herself has had extensive experience interviewing with top-tier firms and received multiple offers.

Ben is a Bain consultant with experience in various industries such as telecommunications, financial services and private equity. While at Bain, Ben was involved in Bain's recruitment efforts across Southeast Asia. Having been an interviewee, interviewer and now an experienced coach, he will be able to share key insights and tips on what differentiates a good candidate from a great candidate and how to secure that dream consulting offer. 

Kevin is a former Bain consultant out of Chicago and Boston and currently attends Wharton for his MBA. While at Bain, he was extensively involved in recruiting and consistently assisted undergraduate and graduate students. With additional experience as a coach at his undergraduate university, Kevin has given over 150+ practice cases in preparation for all major firms (MBB, etc.) and feels confident helping applicants at all skill levels.

Shankar is a consultant in transition (he is moving from McKinsey to Bain). He has worked extensively in strategy, operations and digital consulting practices, and enjoys exploring different geographies as a part of his work.

He has conducted multiple candidate interviews at his consulting firm, and also coached many (20+) from his alma mater for case interviews. He has interviewing experience across a multitude of MBB and boutique consulting firms.
